2. What data do we process?

For quote requests, we process the name, email address, selected service and message you provide, as well as a company name and phone number if supplied. Replies and additional details needed for discussion may become part of our correspondence. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot meaningfully respond to a quote request without a name, email address, selected service and message.

When you submit the form, the data you provide are sent over an encrypted connection to forms.hrcs.hu, hosted by Cweb. The server forwards the data by email to info@hrcs.hu. The confirmation displayed on the page means that the server accepted the message; the form shows an error if sending fails.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer enquiries, discuss requirements and prepare quotes. If an enquiry precedes a contract at the data subject’s request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For a company contact person, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use these data to send marketing emails on the basis of the enquiry.

4. Retention

If no contract is concluded, we delete the quote request and related correspondence 12 months after closing the matter, unless longer retention is necessary for a legal claim. If a contract is concluded, further processing may be covered by separate information and applicable legal retention obligations.

5. Access and technical providers

Authorised staff and the email and form processing provider may access enquiries as needed for their work. Cweb hosts the forms.hrcs.hu form handler and provides email service for the info@hrcs.hu mailbox; it may process technical operating and security logs. The site loads fonts through Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to that service. The website is available through ChatGPT Sites.

6. Your rights

You may request information and access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Depending on the legal conditions, you may also object or exercise data portability rights. Send your request to info@hrcs.hu . We handle requests within the GDPR time limit.

7. Complaints

You may first contact us with a complaint about data processing. You also have the right to contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu) or a court.

8. Cookies and automated decisions

The website’s own code does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not make automated decisions or create profiles.
